What is coco coir?⁠
⁠It's the fibrous layer of a coconut's husk between the hard shell and the meat. The coconut industry has no use for it - it's tossed aside once the meat is harvested. With a lot of skill and a pinch of magic, our artisans breathe new life into them in the form of our endearing animal planters. ⁠
