Shipping

Orders ship within 2-4 business days and will take 4 to 8 business days for delivery. We ship orders using USPS and UPS. Once your order ships, you will receive your tracking information for the most up to date status of your order, as well as delivery notifications.

 

Return Policy


**If your item was received damaged or defective please scroll down to Damaged or Defective Product Returns. Damaged and defective product returns are handled differently than regular returns.

We are unable to accept returns on clearance and final sale items or on gift cards. 

 

We always want to offer a great customer service experience from beginning to end. We are dedicated to offering products we hope you will love as much as we do but we understand that returns happen. If you are not happy with your purchase, we will gladly accept a return within 30 days of delivery with a proof of purchase from housesalad.shop. We will accept the return of items that are in new, unused condition, with original tags and packaging. Returned items must not be used, washed, worn, or altered. 

Please initiate a return by filling out a return form here or contact us at info@housesalad.shop within 30 days of delivery and we will reach out to resolve your concerns within 2 business days.
 

  • If the return is the result of our error such as we sent the wrong item, etc., or the return is the result of a defective or damaged item we will send a prepaid shipping label to return the product back to us.

  • ​Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer in cases of buyer’s remorse returns, such as an item didn’t fit, didn’t like the color, changed your mind, ordered by mistake, bought it somewhere else, etc. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery. 
     

  • Any outbound shipping charges collected on the order will not be refunded on regular returns however if your item is received damaged or defective or we have sent you the wrong item, these exceptions do not apply. 

Damaged or Defective Product Returns

Occasionally, a product will be damaged in transit, or there may be a manufacturer’s product defect. In the case of damaged or defective products we must be notified by phone, email or return request form of any damage within 2 business days of you receiving your product. We will send a prepaid shipping label to return the product back to us and replace or refund the full cost of the merchandise including any outbound shipping charges collected on the order
 

Holiday Returns (regular returns)
 

Orders purchased from December 1st through December 25th are eligible for return for a refund to the original method of payment until January 8th. Orders purchased from December 1st through December 25th are no longer eligible for return of any kind after January 8th. 

Holiday Returns (damaged or defective product returns)

Orders purchased from December 1st through December 25th are eligible for damaged or defective product returns for a refund to the original method of payment until December 31st. Orders purchased from December 1st through December 25th are no longer eligible for damaged or defective product return of any kind after December 31st.
